The player from Canada is asked to complete obligatory wagering of his deposits. We rejected the complaint and advised the player to complete the obligatory wagering.
They refused my withdrawal stating that I had to gamble all my deposit quoting section 8:18.
if they do this to on 1000 player , they benefit by $584,000.
this is daylight robbery.
I would like the complaint to be viewed as "buyer beware".
not trustworthy casino

Well, that is fine ! If you are lucky and win some money and are refused to withdraw it stating obligatory rules, The players must be aware of this hurdle and not held under ransom after they have deposited their money.
This is a trick for player to lose their bankroll and the player must be aware.
Daylight robbery , not a good casino to deal with. Buyer beware!!
Hello Karim,
Thank you for raising your concerns about internet gaming. Unfortunately at their own choosing, Wildz gaming is not currently a part of Ontario’s regulated internet gaming market, therefore, it is outside of our jurisdiction.
The AGCO continues to work with internet gaming companies around the world to ensure that internet gaming services offered to Ontarian’s are part of the regulated market.
The AGCO is collecting information about Operators that continue offering their services to Ontarian’s outside of the regulated market. The information that you have provided helps us understand where unregulated gaming is taking place and inform our strategies to combat the unregulated market over time.
While the AGCO cannot help resolve your complaint about this activity, you must raise your concerns directly with the internet gaming site company.

Wildz casino wants Canadian players however refuses to be regulated , I assume the intention speaks for itself .
I am hoping some media will pick up this story to warn players .
I have lodged a complaint with CBC marketplace , and wait to see if the media is interested in informing its viewers , to make informed choices.
something smells "fishy" I lost my deposit as well as my winnings because they declined to pay me.
Dear karimpopat101,
Wildz Casino is currently licensed by Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and the casino offers its services to Canadian players.
Unfortunately, some casinos require to wager real money deposits. This is one of the standard AML (anti-money laundering) rules. Not all casinos require this, but it isn't anything unfair.
The aforementioned rule is mentioned in the casino t&c: (https://www.wildz.com/ca/info/terms-and-conditions/)
8.18 - Wagering Requirements apply. Deposits must be wagered at least once before they become withdrawable.
Unfortunately, at this time, our hands are tied. I would recommend that you complete those wagering requirements because you won’t be able to withdraw.
If there is any additional information that would support your case, please do not hesitate to contact us, otherwise, I will be forced to reject your complaint. Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Tomas

when you win any amount and are refused to withdraw your money- whichever way you dress it,"putting lipstick in a pig"is still a pig.
this is a scam - and good luck to them.
I will make sure to try and warn as many people as I can.
I had seen their big billboards and I will make it my mission to bring awareness through social media. Thank you
8.19 - Cash Rewards that don’t have any wagering requirement and the amount won will be added to the balance and is withdrawable immediately.
They are confusing the 8:18 and 8:19 in the tens and condition.
that is why they need more training .
real money does not need wagering limits.
They are poorly informed or scamming players.
in the end the player loses , so they seem to be in a rush, however they should read about "killing the golden goose"
let’s see what I can do to make them realize and mend their ways .
karimpopat101,
Would you be able to forward any relevant communication between you and the casino to my email at tomas@casino.guru? Did you complete the obligatory wagering of your deposits and requested a withdrawal?
Dear karimpopat101,
We are extending the timer by 7 days. Please, be aware that in case you fail to respond in the given time frame or don’t require any further assistance, we will reject the complaint.
It’s simple : I deposited $$500, played and won $84 =$584 and decided to withdraw.
There was no bonus and I wanted to realize my profit and fight another day.
They refused and said that I cannot withdraw until I have played all my deposit.
They quoted section 8:18.
They are thieves . Simple!
karimpopat101,
If you haven't completed the obligatory wagering of your deposits set by the casino, we don't think you are eligible for your winnings. Obligatory wagering is very common way to comply with anti-money laundering regulations in many casinos. In many casino's the obligatory wagering of your deposits (when no bonus is redeemed) is from 1x to 3x but you can find casinos where the obligatory wagering is set even higher.
Due to the aforementioned reasons, this complaint will now be rejected. I encourage you once again to complete said wagering requirement if you wish to withdraw your winnings.
Thank you for your understanding, I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with this or any other casino in the future.
