I won $4500 on 12/6 and of course max withdrawal is capped at $2500.ive submall required verification and withdrawal was approved on 12/18, however I’m still getting the runaround on when the withdrawal will be finalized and sent.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

My account was verified before the winnings. It was a no playhrough deposit bonus. I talked with them on 12-26 because it was 7 business days after the withdrawal was approved

I still have not received the payment. I contacted customer support and they admitted it was overdue and suggested I wait 48 hours for the late payment team to look into it
