I deposited 47000NGN and another 7000 NGN I have wagered my deposits total over and over again, up to 3-4 times already on casino game in wazamba. Yet anytime I try to withdraw the response is deposit not available. I have contacted their customer care they keep repeating same respond that finance department will resolve it but since last week Thursday I never get any respond from them

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

No it's not just the period of waiting that gives me concern, their respond is that I have not finished wagering requirements of my deposits, their system is reading error, they should rectify it

So you will wait for 8 days after I told you they're saying I didn't complete wagering requirements which I did, so there was no withrawal at all.. so what are you waiting for?
