Brian, an experienced player from Denmark, has been playing the "Charms and Clovers" game for more than 15 years. Recently, he played this game in the Vegas Crest casino and won 10 free spins with a mega symbol. The player is convinced that he should have won more than he was paid for this game round. Brian expressed distrust in the casino’s fairness.

Two days ago or so I played " Charms and Clovers"

I won 10 free spins with the "MEGA symbol"

the symbol appeared in a winning position multiple times during the free spins but I didn't get payed. The bonus round payed me a total of $6.00. I questioned the casino about it and they sent me a screenshot of the bonus round where I won $6.00. I asked them if they had looked at all 10 rounds??? They said yes, I questioned them on why they only provided me the screenshot of 1 of 10 spins. They ignored the question and said all rounds had been reviewed. I said ive played this game for over 15 years and am familiar with its rules and I should have won a lot more money. They said they reviewed the games. I told them I thought they were being dis honest and closed my account. I told them I have absolutely no reason to make up a story about a bonus round. Anyhow..........case closed
