Hello.I played in this casino, made a lot of deposits, they refuse to withdraw funds, they write, wait. I’ve been waiting since the 4th. I previously went through verification more than a month ago and withdrew funds. At first they promised within 24 hours, but then again they have some excuses. Conclusion I requested funds via Skrill, so I believe that the withdrawal should have been processed much faster, but almost three days have passed

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
