The player from United States is highly dissatisfied with the promotional offer and its policy. We’ve rejected this complaint as per the player’s explicit request.
Casino Guru is recommending "This is Vegas Casino"'s 125 free spins. The Casino is requiring a $25 Deposit before I can get the Bonus. Then, another $25 if I decide to keep my 125 free spins total. The offer, per Casino Guru, ONLY mentions a Deposit of $25, if I want to keep my total free spin amount. Their Agent's are total jerks!
Dear Pmoore8671,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. We will contact the casino and ask for their cooperation, but, before we do so, could you please forward any relevant communication to petronela.k@casino.guru?
I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue. Thank you in advance for your reply.
Best regards,
Petronela
I do not have the time, or energy, to get into he said/they said. Either they will give me the bonus spins or not.
Hi Petronela! 🙂!
Forgive me if I was a little short on my last message.
My criticism is that the advertisement in Casino Guru has only a $25 Deposit after the free spins, and only if I want to keep my winnings. This is Vegas Casino is requiring a Deposit before receiving the free spins. So what is required? $25 before and $25 after?
Have a great day and weekend! 🙂!
Paul
No, I have not placed a Deposit. Per the offer in Casino Guru, the free spins are "No Deposit". Per the offer in Casino Guru, the ONLY required Deposit is if I decide to keep my winnings.
The are two (2) pieces of relevant information. First, the "No Deposit" free spins solicitation, here at Casino Guru, for This is Vegas Casino. I don't believe it is necessary for me to send you, your offer. Second, This is Vegas Casino's improper response when a player attempts to accept the offer. Namely, requiring a deposit prior to receiving the free spins. If, in fact, they require a deposit prior to accepting the free spins, then This is Vegas Casino's requirements are invalid - or - Casino Guru's solicitation is in error.
To me, it's just not a big deal. All you have to do is make sure Casino Guru and This is Vegas Casino are in alignment on the specifications of the offer.
I refuse to spend more time and energy on something as simple as this. I will disregard future correspondence.
Since I’m still not sure what the casino has required from you other than a $25 deposit to withdraw winnings from Free Spins, or why a deposit prior to receiving Free Spins would be requested, I can’t help you appropriately. I’m truly sorry if you find our promotional offers misleading and even more sorry that I couldn’t help you to resolve this issue.
I will close this complaint as per the player’s explicit request.
