Hi I’m fully verified. And the withdrawal was originally declined multiple times. But has been approved by customer service saying that it is now pending with accounts department. But now it hasn’t moved and customer service saying the same generic message and not responding with anything helpful. No reply from support@rollxo via email. I’ve found some similar reviews now looking into it and I’m afraid it may be a scam, which is disappointing as they have a fair few Aus/NZ "influencers promoting the site.

Last time I spoke with them was 20 mins prior to writing this. Instant withdrawal is what is advertised. And some transparency would be good in the case if it is not going to be instant like it says.

fully verified for withdrawals was achieved yesterday so I could make the transaction. I was verified account days prior. Some was earned with deposits and deposits bonus’ but this was the first significant win in a number of deposits since creating the account.

No I never received anything. Out of frustration I canceled the withdrawals and Placed large wagers on roulette hands seeing as it was being withdrawn by Rollxo. It was basically fun money that I had to pay for
