My experience has raised serious concerns about both responsible gambling and withdrawal handling.
At one point, my RollXO account had approximately NZ$34,852.90 available. I had three pending withdrawals totalling NZ$7,500:
• NZ$6,000 – Credit Card Cashout • NZ$366 – Credit Card Cashout • NZ$1,134 – Bank Transfer
This left approximately NZ$27,352.90 in my account.
I was a VIP customer, yet my withdrawals were repeatedly delayed. RollXO’s terms state that VIP players are intended to receive faster withdrawal processing where the payment method allows it. Their general terms also refer to a 72-hour hold where identity verification is required. (RollXO)
Despite my VIP status and the significant amount of money involved, I experienced delays beyond what I understood to be the normal withdrawal timeframe.
More importantly, while these withdrawals were pending, I explicitly contacted RollXO and requested a cooling-off period until my withdrawals had been processed and received.
I was trying to stop myself from continuing to gamble and protect the money that remained in my account.
Despite this request, my account remained active and I was able to continue gambling. I subsequently lost the remaining NZ$27,352.90.
To be clear, I accept that gambling involves risk and that I am responsible for my decision to gamble. My complaint is about what happened after I specifically asked RollXO to restrict my gambling activity.
I have retained screenshots, withdrawal records and correspondence supporting my complaint.
I have now raised the matter with the relevant regulatory authorities and am seeking an independent review of RollXO’s handling of my cooling-off request, withdrawals and responsible-gambling procedures.
I am posting this review so other players can be aware of my experience and make an informed decision before depositing substantial amounts with RollXO.
I would like RollXO to properly explain:

My experience with rollxo has been very negative. This is a casino that will do all they can to make you lose your winnings. The customer support team will give you different information depending on who you talk to. After my first two withdrawals, they asked for an additional bank statement, and after I submitted the document it got denied with the comment "Not required, thank you".

I am writing a review yet again , because they keep getting canceled. This is the worst casino you can find. avoid it by all means. there are 1000 better casinos , so really avoid it! the withrawal time even after verification takes 5 working days, that is if it will not get canceled for whatever reason. You can not lock your withrawal. Also there is no responsible gambling section, so if you decide to take a break untill your withrawal settles you will only be able to do so after you write an email to them, which by my experience , took 7 days to answer. they will do everything they can to make you loose the money. I was skeptical at first when they rejected my withdrawal even though I was verified. They wanted screenshots of my crypto wallet that made the deposit. I've never been asked for that before so thought it was a bit off. I kept getting told the 'maximum withdrawal timeframe is 72 hours' right up until the 72nd hour when they processed my payment. So I guess they should have been saying the minimum timeframe is 72 hours because they squeezed it to the last minute. But they paid me out $1000AUD, off a $30 deposit, raw cash no bonus. I figured i'd write a review since these reviews are what made me give the casino a chance in the first place. They definitely will pay you if you have followed the rules.
Also good selection of games from providers like Belatra which I cant seem to find on other much larger casinos so that's another plus. Overall pretty good as long as I don't have to wait 3 days for my next withdrawal.
