I've had the worst experience of my life at Awintura casino. I've been waiting a month for my withdrawal to be paid, and every day they give me different excuses: that they're verifying my account (even though I completed KYC verification a month ago), that they're reviewing my slot bets, etc. Furthermore, they tell me they can't commit to a timeframe, meaning my withdrawal is indefinitely held hostage by this scam casino.
Don't play here, it's the worst casino on the web, it should be on Casino Guru's blacklist.

Hello everyone. I want to share my real-life experience with Awintura to warn you about what can happen if you make money on this platform:
I deposited CLP 200,000 and managed to earn over CLP 3,350,000 in profits. When I requested the withdrawal, the problems began: 1. They asked me for a bank statement with my name and account number. I sent it. 2. Then they demanded that the email address on the statement be the same as my Awintura account. I went to the bank, updated it, and resubmitted it. 3. Then they asked me for proof of the $200,000 deposit I made on July 4th. I handed that over as well. 4. Despite complying with everything they ask, they still haven't approved my verification or withdrawal.
None of these conditions were publicly disclosed at the time of play or deposit. They keep changing the rules every time I meet one, clearly to prevent me from authorizing the payment.
This is an abusive practice and can be considered a form of arbitrary withholding of funds.
