I have provided them with all of the necessary documents for verification such as ID and proof of address. Yet everytime i speak to someone they give me a different answer. One person says to contact them the next day, then i am told it'll be 4 to 5 hours, then I am told it will be a couple mire days. They are not responding to any emails or anything.
