i sended 100s of mail to their support staff and no one is responding on email

  • Could you please advise how long were you a player of the casino and when exactly was your account blocked?

  • Could you please list which documents you provided for level 3 and level 4 verification?

Hello Thomas


My stake account is 1 month old only


I played sports Betting (soccer)


I never claimed any Bonus


I verified my stake account before playing lvl1 and lvl2 they suddenly suspended my account and locked my withdrawal now they asked me to provide level 3 and level 4 verification for level 3 I sended them My gas bill for address verification and for level 4 I sended them my bank statement for source of funds


Still waiting no response came from their support mail and my account is still suspended with withdrawal locked
