The player from Turkey reported that his account at stake.com had been unexpectedly put into withdrawal only mode, which prevented him from placing any bets or withdrawing deposited funds. Despite having contacted the compliance team, he had received no clear explanation or satisfactory resolution. He was seeking the return of his 300k USDT deposit. The player confirmed that his account had been verified in 2023 and he had made a single deposit of 300k USDT. After depositing, he discovered his account in withdrawal mode and later noticed his balance had been deleted. The player reported that he had received no clear answers from his assigned VIP account managers and was told to contact the compliance team. After two weeks, he was notified that his account had been frozen. He then threatened to take legal action if his deposit was not refunded. We had reached out to the casino and invited them to participate in the resolution of this complaint. The player later informed us that his case had been resolved and asked for the complaint to be closed.

I deposited about 300k usdt into my stake.com account, after a while I received an error saying that my account was put into withdrawal mode only, when I wanted to take a bet.

I can't place any bets and I can't withdraw my deposited money.

I then saw that they deleted 300k usdt from my account and I cannot see the balance.

they asked me to contact the compliance team, they confirmed that they froze the account, but I still don't understand what they want to do

I want them to return the money I have deposited and then close the account, but I have not received any feedback other than that.

If the case is not resolved, it looks like I will send a pre-suit notice to their head office in Melbourne and I will probably sue.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? How many deposits did you make, or was it 1 deposit with that high sum? Did you ever use any of the deposited money? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I joined in 2023 and completed the verifications, then I noticed that all verifications were cancelled

I deposited 300k usdt in one go.

After depositing, I didn't take any bets, I saw that my account was in withdrawal mode, then 2 days later I saw that the 300k usdt balance was deleted.

assigned vip account managers did not give a clear and healthy answer

I have just been asked to contact the compliance team, it's been almost 2 weeks and I have received a notification that they have confirmed that my account has been frozen.

I have asked for my money to be refunded immediately, if I don't get a result in the next few days I am considering taking legal action against their head office in Melbourne.

Can you please clarify why did you deposit such high amount in 1 deposit?

Please note that such amounts are not common and no wonder the casino froze the account as most likely there will be AML investigation started.

one needs to look at one's income and expenditure.

And I am a person who has devoted my life to gambling, if necessary, I will sell everything and gamble again, this is my personal decision and hobby.

Taste and colours are indisputable

They also realise that they have committed a grave offence by holding this money and I have sent them an official letter asking them to return my money and close my account.
