Over 12,000 cad was deposited into a Crypto wallet owned by stake.com

I did not make these deposits and they have frozen the money until I provide a police report. I’ve provided said report but they are still holding my funds.

Dear Christopher,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. Could you please advise if the funds have been deducted from your crypto wallet and credited to your casino account? Have you ever deposited funds into your casino account willingly? When did you notice that funds are being deducted without your consent?

Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Kristina

Hello Kristina, thanks for your response. I noticed the amount missing from my wallet on the morning of 8th April. I reported this to the police, cafc and fbi ic3 dept. I never authorized, created or deposited funds into a casino account and was only aware it was deposited into a stake.com account because I had an email stating I had created an account and deposited the funds (which I had not). When I contacted stake.com they was originally fairly helpful and explained they had frozen the funds and for me to provide a report. I did this and now they are just ignoring me. I fear that one of their employees maybe have done this and is trying to cover it up. I don’t know, but it has caused me so many sleepless nights and worry.

fileThis was their original response. So they’re aware of the funds, seem to be holding the funds but will not return them to my wallet. It makes no sense why they would do this

Thank you for your reply, Christopher. I am sorry, but this is not a case for Casino.guru but for the police department, as someone has probably stolen your personal details. We also cannot blame the casino because there is no way they would have had access to your information if you didn't create an account with them.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in situations like this even if we wanted to. I can only recommend that you fully cooperate with the police and wish you good luck in resolving this case. I am sorry I could not be of more help.

Please, let me know if there is anything else I could do for you, otherwise, I will be forced to close this complaint. Thank you for your understanding.
