The Complaints Team contacted the casino on her behalf and requested information on the status of the withdrawal. The casino eventually confirmed that the payment had been processed, and the player received her payout shortly thereafter. The complaint was marked as resolved.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Since when is the withdrawal pending? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days for your withdrawal to be processed specially if it’s your first ever request.

i had notated the specifics of all that information in the original message. i have been verified for years and the withdrawal request was well over a month ago.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

They sent me an email stating that they sent me a wire in the amount of $405.61 on Friday, but I still have not received it.
