Although it seems as though this issue has been resolved, the complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

On 11/23 I was approved a withdrawal for $998 it was supposed to be a fast 24 hour withdrawal

it was not a free chip or bonus.it seems now that my status has changed and I’m no longer a vip since I won a lot in one month now I’m not even answered on chat. I’ve lots thousands a lot more than what I’ve won in this casino.

Players should know that this casino will remove you from VIP status if you start winning frequently.

I was able to get through to chat and I was told to try back in 48 hrs I’ve sent plenty of emails?

my emails were always responded to in a timely manner I’m frustrated after being a faithful player for so long now I get the cold shoulder.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.
