I PLAYED A WELCOME CHIP WITH A MAX CASHOUT OF $100, AFTER FINISHING THEIR PLAYTHOUGH AND SENDING IN MY INFO I HAD CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAT JUST SO I CAN MAKE 100% SURE I WAS CLEAR TO REQUEST A WITHDRAWAL AND AFTER SPEAKING TO ONE PERSON BACK IN DECEMBER 2022 IN HAD THE GREEN LIGHT BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS GOOD, WELL THAT REQUESTS GOT CANCELED (NOT BY ME) AFTER TRYING AND TRYING THEY JUST KEEP CANCELING MY REQUEST AND RETURNING MY WINNINGS TO MY ACCOUNT... I ONCE MORE REACH OUT TO CUSTOMERS CARE WHERE I WAS TRANSFERRED TO 3 DIFFERENT PEPOLE WHOM ALL SAMETHE SAME EXACT WORDS TO THE T, NOT GIVINV ME A REAL REASON WHY THEY CONTINUE TO CANCEL MY REQUEST, FINALLY Talking to the 3rd person I had ask to speak with a supervisor she then informed me that them nor a supervisor have any access to payouts after asking if I could speak to one anyways they informed me that they did most have access to transfer me and then they rudely needed and closed the chat and I haven't been able to chat with anyone again
