In my opinion, these practices are clear signs of fraud. They offer large bonuses to attract players, request small minimum deposits, and afterwards it doesn’t even matter if you win or lose, because eventually they demand KYC verification that can take forever.
My personal issue is actually the opposite – I deposited a total of 20,140 USD and they never asked me for any KYC. But that is another problem.

It has now been over 60 days, and Ybets has failed to process my withdrawal or even acknowledge my documents.
This is not just a delay — it’s a complete breakdown in customer support and transparency. I have given them every chance, waited patiently, and kept detailed records of every communication.
As of today, I strongly warn other players to think twice before using Ybets, especially if you value timely payouts and professional service.

I have been in the process of withdrawing my winnings since April 15th. It has been almost 3 months since then and I am still trying to figure it out. At first the reason was that they were investigating my account for legal gambling. This took a month and in the end I passed the check successfully. Then the ordeal of identification began. It took 3 weeks to verify my identity. Then they asked for crypto wallet identification. They have asked for everything you can imagine. I have sent everything and they still insist on asking me the same thing every week. They only answer once a week or sometimes not at all. The casino isn't to be trusted at all. I first won some money and when I tried to withdraw they canceled my account to "verify" the game history - which is BS in my opinion. I eventually ended up loosing the money and treid to cancel my accout. For over a month I am trying to close my account but their support is unable to close it or they give me BS excusses that "accounts with balance cannot be closed". I'll mention that they added money into my account to not be able to close it. In the meantime I again won some money and tried to withdraw - they canceled my withdrawal for a few days with no way of withdrawing!

They pay the withrawals no doubt. But they try to delay it as long as possible. My 600 euros withdraw is still pending and they say it will take 14 days or more because they check every big withdraw with game provider (or that is what they say). I have played fairly and have not broke any rules or terms and they still do that. Please read the long complaint history from here and AskGamblers before playing in this casino, you get the picture. They literally do the delaying of withdrawals for every player and in the same way. They get 9.4 points here because they pay eventually and the complaints get resolved but you can see that it will take weeks and even months in some cases. And most players propably just lose their money while waiting for the withdrawal so you dont even see the whole picture. Just be careful.
