After meeting the playthrough balance linked to a promotion, she requested a withdrawal for $1,307 via Bitcoin but her withdrawal could not be processed. We rejected this complaint as the funds have been played down before we could intervene.

Used a "promotion" with deposit, playthrough balance of $3992 required before cashing out. Definitely dumped that amount by winning/losing. Had a little over $1307 left after losing over $5600 in winnings which EXCEEDS their playthrough balance. Had to verify bankcard and drivers license, both finally verified. Withdrawal via bitcoin, and popped up a screen that said withdrawal cannot be processed. Used contact us button, but no response.

I'll be putting this anywhere I can to stop people from playing a casino with no intentions of paying out.

Deposit to activate, 20x playthrough requirement which was exceeded considering winnings were over 6K. I took and provided screenshots, but it doesn't matter- I went max bet, wasted it all since I've read some horrible reviews about your bullshit withdrawal process. Your casino is ridiculous. I'll stick with casinocafe and I recommend anyone to do the same. Don't bother responding. Absolutely useless and a waste of my time.
