Hello my name is Alfredo I read your review on ruby slots,I play there a lot. Recently I’ve won almost $10,000 in one month super lucky because I’ve played for many many years at ruby and other sister casinos and never won much maybe a few hundred nothing big enough to withdraw. Now I’m considered advanced skilled and I’m no longer a Vip, I was a VIP for 9 months. Now I can’t use any promotions or even a fast withdraw now I need to wait the 4 weeks before I receive any winnings.I’ve lost way more than $10,000 in the years of playing.It doesn’t seem fair because I’ve won close to 10,000 in a month,now I’m no longer a VIP

I just thought everyone should know if you win you loss all the great perks they have to offer.

Could you please advise if the casino specified why did they remove your VIP rank? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hi again I was told I was not a VIP any longer due to my status being upgraded to advanced skilled I have a screenshot of the chat . I won with real cash not a free bonus.

I spoke to them today concerning $575 that they still owe me, it’s been more than the time they say they will payout. Also the third time I made a withdraw I was no longer able use coindraw it had to be regular Bitcoin withdraw which is over 15 working days! I just think they want to discourage me from playing there any longer and it worked. Thanks Nick

Hey Nick just want to inform you that not only am I not allowed promos and coindraw they won’t even answer the chat. I wonder if I’ll ever get payed what they owe me!!

Can you please clarify since when is your withdrawal pending?

Regarding the VIP system - once there is a condition which you do not meet, the casino has the right to remove the status anytime.

Hi my withdrawal was finally paid after many many emails that I sent because they no longer answer my chats. I also have a pending withdraw of $998 at their sister casino slots of vegas they also don’t answer my chats.

Regarding the VIP status, wining shouldn’t change a players status, if those are the rules of these online casinos I guess I’m better off going to a in person casino there are plenty in my area.
