I submitted the required documents to the casino on 19th July 2023, it has been almost 10 days to complete but not got any response from the casino and when I talk to customer service then she said this...... Please complete my kyc verification as soon as possible. So that i can request for withdrawal. file

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Do I understand correctly that you provided all the necessary documents to verify your identity? Have you provided all the required documents as soon as possible and in the correct format?

I have already submitted the required documents which are asked by the casino although casino is making excuses of not completing my verification. I requested to complete my verification process so that I can able to request for withdrawal. When I asked for casino how much times the verification takes then they didn't give the proper time. It has been more than 15 days of submitting of documents but not got any response from the casino(Rajabets).
