I have an approved withdrawal for 1500 from October 15th I am trying to check on. Support said they have sent it off but that it has not been paid out. Just wanting to see if someone could have a look into this one.
i also have one for 2500 not approved yet but I don’t think the 10th business day for approval will be until the the 15th so I will check back on that one

1250 has been approved but not paid out & 2500 has not yet been approved but was requested 11/2. Thank you for your attention to this matter

I see that payment was sent from the casino to our 3rd party payment providers on the 5th of November. Generally speaking we are looking at 3-10 business days on delivery on bank wire transfer once paid by the casino but that can fluctuate depending on the velocity limitations of the 3rd party payment provider. Not much we can do now but wait. If it still hasn't arrived within another week I'll contact our finance department and see if they can get further information. Once these funds have arrived I can assist in moving forward with the next payment in line.

On our end we see that the funds are in transit, after speaking with the payouts department they have assured me that you should see them in your bank account shortly britterlynne, but the latest the 6th of December. Not the best news however wire transfers are nowhere near the ideal payout (or deposit) method, especially in this day and age. I will need to request once again that you be patient and wait for the funds to arrive. If they have not arrived by the 6th of December we will need to review all bank statements since the time of payout as proof of non-delivery, stop payment to the 3rd party then re-issue the funds to them once again. Hopefully you see the funds arrive in the interum.

Sounds like a nightmare wire transfers should not be that difficult- I have used them so many times in the past
They seem to be used way more than any other form and have been way more standard.
