My bank accepts international payouts and has a swift code but since I t s a credit union the casino says they won't deposit into that kind of bank. I used a bitcoin purser to deposit at royal ace and won 1000 payout they wo t deposit into my bitcoin stating my only option is wire transfer. They will not give me a list of acceptable banks. So it woukd seem they will not pay my winnings. Nobody will reply to my requests or help me get my payout accept to tell me that all of my options will not work for them.

Please understand, that a variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, and contracts with the payment providers and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits it doesn’t necessary means that it will be offered for withdrawals too.
We will contact the casino and ask for their cooperation in resolving your problem, but, before we do so, could you please confirm that your account has been fully verified? Have you been offered any alternative method to place a minimum deposit and withdraw your funds?
Lastly, do I understand correctly that you’re experiencing a similar problem with the Royal Ace Casino? If yes, please file a new complaint as we deal with one casino per thread only.

Thank you for your quick reply. And yes my account has been verified and I passed the 3rd party verification system they have in place. I asked about bitcoin and since my deposit was made via debit card they said I coukd not get paid thst way I asked and no offer of a small deposit before my payout coukd be paid I will inquire. After submitting this request I see I finally did get a response from payout team asking me to give him names of 3 other banks I am considering to open an account in order to get paid...is this really necessary? I'm afraid once I so that they will come at me stating it had to be established with bank statements or somwtging like that...and yes similar problem with royal ace I will submit a formal complaint with them this a.m. thank you for your prompt attention. I really appreciate it.

Hi Jennifer,
Check is not a viable method for your payment and bitcoin payouts are normally reserved for bitcoin depositors and we see your win originated from a credit card deposit. PayPal or Netspend aren't acceptable either.
Your option would be to open an account with another bank, If you can give me two or three names you're considering I'll confirm beforehand if they'll be okay.

In answer to your first question, once I receive confirmation of receipt of payment on your end I can follow through on the next withdrawal request. It may be approved on it's own in the interim but in order to escalate on your behalf I need confirmation of payment before I can proceed.
As to your statement regarding the funds being rejected on your end, your payout method has been fully vetted and approved and payment has been issued to our 3rd party payment providers. I can see no evident issues with you receiving payment to your bank account as wire transfer.
If there is something you know that we don't and a stop payment and reissue is required it would most likely be subject to cancellation and reissue fees on our end as stated in our terms and conditions. Please let me know as soon as possible if this is the situation and I will have one of my agents reach out to you.

As of rt now I have not yet received payment. Until I'm officially notified we should hold off. It's a possibility they will not accept the wire transfer due to the fact that m account is new and not 30 days old. Which I mentioned qoukd be an issue way back when I was considering finding another bank but was given no alternative.
