The player from US is dissatisfied with the withdrawal process. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I played at this cash.o for first time with numerous deposits before I won and tried to cash out. Rollover requirements were ALL met and all necessary docments sent.
After countless chats and emails, with agents, and NY supposed account manager, the account manager "processed " the funds after 22 days.
I haven't received ANYTHING yet, but on the withdrawal screen , THEY cancelled my $1000 withdrawal, and "processed" a withdrawal for $450! ( which BTW is the EXACT amount of all of my deposits up to the time I won).
I do have supporting screenshots.

Have you received any explanation why the withdrawal of only $450 was processed?
