Keep canceling my withdrawal requests. No explanation. Used code included in the supplied attachment. They started adding rules and stipulations after I had already deposited, stating no table games, even though that is not listed as a rule. This is proven by the chat supplied.

It seems the live chat informed you not only that table games are prohibited but also that the 'max cashout' is 15x compared to 40x on the screenshot you provided.

They mentioned the no-table games in the chat but never provided that info before I decided to deposit. Another chat informed me that the "no playthrough" bonus meant I still had to play through the amount. I argued and they did not care. I asked for a refund and they refused.
