Very bad: the support first says that the payouts take a maximum of 3 days and then after the third day they say it takes 5 days. No one cares about it at all. Never seen payouts so slow, no reason given. There are much better casinos with faster payouts!! In a few hours I will be waiting 4 days for a payout of only 200 euros, ridiculous.

I paid in a few times before, but unfortunately didn't get anything.
Last Saturday I went from depositing €100 to having €1000 that I wanted to withdraw. Two requests, one created on Saturday and one on Sunday (because you only have a 500€ limit per day). I was told in the live chat on Sunday that my requests were on hold for payouts and that they would be processed on Monday. After nothing happened by Tuesday, I wrote to support again to ask where my payout was. The employee said that it could take up to 3 days instead of 1 day. Today, Wednesday, the deadline changed to "3-5 days".
In 2024, there will probably be no reputable casinos that take longer than a few hours from request to payout. Therefore, this is either purely intentional, so that in the best case scenario I lose the 1000€ again (I won't do that) or Powerup really isn't technically up to the standard it should be.
If you treat customers like that, you'll lose them straight away after such an action. I think that's a shame.

Am letzten Samstag bin ich von 100€ Einzahlung auf 1000€ gekommen, die ich auszahlen wollte. Zwei Anfragen, jeweils eine am Samstag und eine am Sonntag erstellt (weil man nur 500€ Limit pro Tag hat). Im Livechat wurde mir am Sonntag gesagt, dass meine Anfragen in der Warteschleife für Auszahlungen sind und es am Montag bearbeitet wird. Nachdem bis Dienstag nichts passiert ist habe ich nochmals dem Support geschrieben wo denn meine Auszahlung bleibt. Der Mitarbeiter meinte, dass es statt einem Tag bis zu 3 Tagen dauern kann. Heute, am Mittwoch änderte sich die Frist auf "3-5 Tage".
In 2024 gibt es wahrscheinlich keine seriösen Casinos die noch länger als ein paar Stunden für Anfrage bis Auszahlung brauchen. Deswegen ist das hier entweder pure Absicht, dass ich im besten Fall die 1000€ wieder verspiele (mach ich nicht) oder Powerup ist wirklich noch nicht technisch auf dem Stand wie es sein sollte.
