Payout of €20 took over 7 weeks, only a CasinoGuru complaint helped me move forward!

When I still hadn't received the requested withdrawal after more than 10 days, I contacted support. They always told me that the withdrawal was supposedly in the final processing step, but nothing happened even after several inquiries. After almost 3 weeks, the withdrawal request was canceled without giving a reason and the game started all over again.

Since nothing happened again, I then filed a complaint here. The casino was then asked to comment and justified the delay in the payout with a pending KYC procedure.
However, the KYC was only requested with this answer; before that it said that no verification was currently necessary and I was never told otherwise.

The KYC is exactly the same as the withdrawal. The uploaded selfie is suddenly rejected for no reason, and you are not even informed.
Then I was in the live chat for 25 minutes and they couldn't give me a reason, or they thought of possible reasons later until they told me to contact email support. I did that and they said it had to be checked. There were no further updates on this.

The casino was then asked again for a statement and then suddenly the selfie was accepted and the payout approved.
Without the CasinoGuru complaint, I certainly still wouldn't have the money!

I paid in a few times before, but unfortunately didn't get anything.

Last Saturday I went from depositing €100 to having €1000 that I wanted to withdraw.
Two requests, one created on Saturday and one on Sunday (because you only have a 500€ limit per day).
I was told in the live chat on Sunday that my requests were on hold for payouts and that they would be processed on Monday. After nothing happened by Tuesday, I wrote to support again to ask where my payout was. The employee said that it could take up to 3 days instead of 1 day.
Today, Wednesday, the deadline changed to "3-5 days".

In 2024, there will probably be no reputable casinos that take longer than a few hours from request to payout.
Therefore, this is either purely intentional, so that in the best case scenario I lose the 1000€ again (I won't do that) or Powerup really isn't technically up to the standard it should be.

If you treat customers like that, you'll lose them straight away after such an action.
I think that's a shame.

Unfortunately, apart from the good selection of providers and games, I can't find anything good about Powerup Casino. The daily cashout limits are very, very small. And they don't pay out 500 euros per day. I've been waiting for a week now for a payout of 500 euros. The casino has a very nice design. There are many deposit methods and the bonuses are great. That's it with the positive aspects, now for the negative ones:

The slots don't run smoothly and every hour the message "Server error" comes up and you have to restart the game. I deleted the browser history, etc. and still you get the error message every hour, which affects the gaming experience enormously.
