I deposited 200 euro, took a matching bonus and won 10k. As soon as I tried to withdraw the delay tactics started. They make you jump through hoops to verify your account in the hope it takes more than 14 days. As per their T&Cs, if you are not verified in 14 days they confiscate your winnings and close your account.
I have never sent so many verification documents into a casino in my life. I submitted the requested documents as per their website. Then they came back requesting more. I sent them as well, but they wanted even more....and more...and more. They want ID, then they want a picture of you holding the ID, then they want a picture of you holding the ID and a specific number. They want screenshots, then they want PDFs. They ask for bank statements for certain dates then reject them saying they aren't the originals...when they are. They reject screenshots saying they dont need them then later ask you for them again. It all just comes across as delay tactics.
In 20 years of playing online casinos Ive never had an issue like it. Ive never sent so many documents into a casino and still not be verified.

I made like 10 deposits and was able to win a decent amount of money but once I tried to withdraw magically all the withdrawal options disappeared and the once that they had were giving errors. Unfortunately I don't have anything good to say about 20bet. Used it for 6 months, ended up blocking my access to the casino, as the games I was playing felt rigged. Tried several times to put a deposit restriction to no avail, only after "threatening" with a complaint, i was allowed to put one. After blocking the access to the casino for a while, I was excluded from all promotions, including sports betting and was encouraged to lose money to regain access to promotions. I honestly won some money and everything seemed OK. They paid out without a problem but now I know that my account has been limited for the casino! It's a shame, disgrace and embarrassment. I didn't bet on any suspicious matches with the bookmaker and I got limits for the casino and you don't have to be a detective to check it. Get a grip and give back normal RTP... Don't embarrass yourself in the world by limiting the casino! A joke. KYC is a bit tiring but in other places it can be much worse, if you play honestly and follow the instructions everything is OK but if you don't unban the casino then unfortunately you will turn out to be a regular scam... I would like to recommend you but since you limit the casino after winnings I will warn and discourage everywhere... I am waiting for a solution to this bizarre situation and I hope that it is just some mistake...

I made two withdrawal requests, one on March 11th and the other on March 12th. The requests were approved but both exceeded the 5 working days to be in my account. I spoke to customer service, they sent me the transfer receipt and I immediately asked my bank to trace the transfer. But the bank couldn't trace the transfer. I asked the casino again and they asked me to be patient, claiming that their bank is still processing it. It takes more than 5 working days to process a bank transfer?! Unacceptable. The receipt says that the transfer was made on the 12th. I'm writing this in bitterness because I don't think I'm going to get my money, which I need so much, but at least it sets an example for other people thinking of entering this casino. It's disrespectful to the player not to meet deadlines.
