Unfortunately I don't have anything good to say about 20bet. Used it for 6 months, ended up blocking my access to the casino, as the games I was playing felt rigged. Tried several times to put a deposit restriction to no avail, only after "threatening" with a complaint, i was allowed to put one. After blocking the access to the casino for a while, I was excluded from all promotions, including sports betting and was encouraged to lose money to regain access to promotions. Surreal my experience here, Customer support is incompetent and provides different and wrong information each time you talk to them.

I made two withdrawal requests, one on March 11th and the other on March 12th. The requests were approved but both exceeded the 5 working days to be in my account. I spoke to customer service, they sent me the transfer receipt and I immediately asked my bank to trace the transfer. But the bank couldn't trace the transfer. I asked the casino again and they asked me to be patient, claiming that their bank is still processing it. It takes more than 5 working days to process a bank transfer?! Unacceptable. The receipt says that the transfer was made on the 12th. I'm writing this in bitterness because I don't think I'm going to get my money, which I need so much, but at least it sets an example for other people thinking of entering this casino. Fiz dois pedidos de levantamento, um no dia 11 e outro no dia 12 de Março. Os pedidos foram aprovados mas excederam ambos os 5 dias úteis para estar na minha conta. Falei com o apoio ao cliente, enviaram-me o comprovativo de transferência e eu fui logo pedir ao meu banco para localizar a transferência. Mas o banco não conseguiu localizar a transferência. Questionei novamente o casino e pediram-me paciência alegando que o banco deles ainda está a processar. Demora mais de 5 dias úteis a processar uma transferência bancária?! Inaceitável. No comprovativo diz que a transferência foi feita no dia 12. Estou a escrever isto amargurada pois acho que não vou receber o meu dinheiro, que me faz tanta falta mas pelo menos serve de exemplo para outras pessoas que pensem entrar neste casino. É uma falta de respeito para com o jogador não cumprirem prazos.
