At first they were great. This morning I gambled, won a 10 spin bonus and after 3 or 4 spins won 10 extra spins for 20 total spins. Had 2 massive wins totaling$75,000 euros which in Canadian is $108,000 . So shocked, I exited the game to check my balance and seen it was only $1067. Now because I was so in shock I didn't screenshot that huge win and they screwed me over. I just lost so much money. I'm pissed. There has to be a record of every single player's bets and wins somewhere. They said check your statistics but it shows zero for wins and bets, not possible when I won$20/30 in less than 2 minutes. Don't play on this casino and if you do SCREENSHOT all wins because they are huge crooks. I'm still in shock and extremely upset. That's allot of money and it's gone and I won it fair and square. Let me begin by expressing my disappointment in CasinoGuru's recommendation for this casino. Here is why: A few weeks ago, I searched for an online casino that accepts Canadian players, accepts cryptocurrencies and has Relax Gaming provider games. The first one recommended CasinoIn.io

My honest review: Stay away
Aside from the fact that it is very easy to create an account and start playing with no KYC whatsoever, this casino has a malpractice of delaying customer withdrawals for nonexistent and bogus reasons.

Their most common excuse: an issue with the payment provider. Please do an in depth review of this Casino before opening an account. Sadly I have read the reviews too late, and there are dozens of reviews mentioning the same exact situation. When attempting to withdraw, the withdrawals get denied. Upon contacting support, casino users are provided the same reason repeatedly: "There is an issue with our payment provider. Our team is working on solving the issue as soon as possible"

There is no real issue. They use this tactic and wait for the player to lose their balance. I had close to $32,000 in winnings I was trying to withdraw for 6 days in a row. They kept declining them because of the above mentioned reason. On day 7, I played and lost my entire balance (yes, this is my fault and decision). On Day 8, miraculously the technical issue was resolved and withdrawals can be made.

It is not their fault that I decided to gamble and lost my winnings. However their dishonest practice played a role in it.

I Strongly recommend to STAY AWAY from this casino.

That's the worst casino I ever played in my life. They will never cash out your withdrawal and they will find any kind of excuses for that... I waited for at least 10 days for a withdrawal of 200 euros and they keeped cancelling it because I wasnt verified... Never in my life have I seen this in any casino.

I opened an account... I made a deposit by bank transfer. When I went to withdraw some of my profit to my astonishment, there was no method available for withdrawal!!

I spoke with the chat where they told me that I had to withdraw using the same deposit method but unfortunately they did not have a bank transfer. In order to withdraw any winnings, you would have to make a deposit in another method. So far, it's a so-called normal situation, although I already think it's not acceptable!! if they have the method available for deposit they should have it for withdrawal too!!!



I made a new deposit through JETON so that I could finally withdraw some of my profits. What happened next? Anything!!! I still didn't have a single withdrawal method available!!! 1 single!! nothing was possible to carry out any survey by any method, because there was still no possibility of choice!!

What they told me in the chat was that the responsible department was going to check the possibility of opening this withdrawal method, until then I would have to wait!!

DO NOT PLAY HERE!!Beware of this casino. The comments left about it are a truer reflection than score given on here. They purposely hold funds from being withdrawn. Especially when it’s a large amount. I lost a reasonable amount and only after that did they withdraw a smaller withdrawal. In addition, they charge a 5% commission on your winnings. Honestly it’s theft. If they processed the withdrawals within 30mins or provided a superior service, I’d actually be ok with it but the fact the don’t even have good customer service and then have the audacity to charge a fee!!
