We would like to ask PokerStars Casino to react to this complaint. We tested the game and this shouldn't be possible. The player send us a video as a proof, where it is clear to see, that 200 coins were deducted instead of 100 coins.
We would like to ask the PokerStars Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
