The player's account was blocked due to being accused of conducting opposite betting to gain affiliate commission. The casino failed to prove these accusations, however, the player's access to her account as well as her funds was later restored. The complaint was closed as 'resolved'.

I am a player of PNXBET and i played in this site for more than years .


sudently when i had my widrwal my acount is been locked . I contacted pnxbet bet but they dont give me any acceptable answer they just keep telling me to contact them after 45days ... i wanted to know the reason why my acount is been lock up .. because as far as i remember i lost alots and i play fair .


please help me out

Hi .... i used this acount at pnxbet for years yes it i fully verified ...


i played live baccarat table games

and was chwcked the new game blast ..


yes i recieved alot of free games from pnxbet because i played alots too .

but mostly this freeplay is lost becUse it needed to be wAgered x20 to 25 before u can cash it out .


i just played just like i always do i have no idea about what their telling like OPPOSITE BETTINg . I bought vouchers only at pnxbet verified voucher sellers and the price is 1 isto 1 ... i really dont have idea why they locked up my acount pls help me out

Do I understand correctly that the issue is related to your winnings (regular player's account), not commission (agent's account)? Do you have an agent/affiliate account registered in your name with this casino? Thank you in advance.

i made this acount personally ... this is a personal acount of mine only me use it .... i dont have any agent or any person or company related to me ... i just played by myself .....


i just choose to buy voucher at pnx verified voucher sellers because its more convient to load credits than using my debit cards ..


the time i widraw the 23,000 pesos it was not my winnings .. in that whole week i continue loosing ..


i just wanna open my acount and get back my credits pls help me out

i am playing for mg self for my own intension i dont belong to any groups or anybody who is tryin to make pnx as a business this acount is my personal acount i really dont have any idea of what OPPOSITE BETTING MEANS .
