again sorry for my english good evening i have been playing online casinos for years and now and it seems its getting harder to find a honest casino these days. i have send documents 12 days ago to playCroco casino they keep stalling paymend and now after 12 days they reject good documents i have verfied on almost al casinos with the same documents they are clearly visible can you help me with this thank you

Did they specifically mention why was the document rejected? Did they request new documents from you since then? When was the last time the casino responded to you and what was it?

Hello nick thank you for reply on my message they say the documents are cropped and dey ask for new ones i have send it only iam waiting 12 days now and now another 5 its pretty frustrating support are talking to me to be fair it was today i have to wait longer im trying everyday thanks again

hello they are pictures of my pasport front and back they are the last i send to the casino.support told me they were cropped if i send pictures of my pasport again its another 5 days casino sending me a lot of promotions free 100 if i accept the bonus im in breach of terms so i dont

hello nick documents rejected again its pretty frustrating al other casino accepted the same documents can i place them here so other players can see them its now i think 17 days if i take other pictures its another 5 days waiting i dont know what to do anymore i like to close my account i dont even want to play the money
