I had to "move" from platin casino.com to platin Casino.de. The site looks like a fake to me now. The loyalty bonus can no longer be used either, but it still shows the points, they also add up, but unfortunately cannot be converted into free spins or bonuses since then. Everything seems like a cheap copy just yet. There are no more bonuses or it shows a pop up when you register, for example 10 free spins, which you can no longer find anywhere. It seems like fake when you are used to platincasino.com.
Ich musste von platin casino.com zu platin Casino.de "umziehen". Die Seite kommt mir nun wie ein Fake vor. Der Treuebonus ist auch nicht mehr nutzbar aber die Punkte zeigt es immer noch an, sie summieren sich auch, aber dummerweise Seither nicht mehr in freispiele oder Bonus umwandelbar. Alles scheint wie eine billige Kopie nur noch. Es gibt keine Boni mehr bzw. Es zeigt ein pop up beim anmelden z.B. 10 free spins, die man dann aber nirgends mehr finden kann. Es scheinz einem wie Fake wenn man platincasino.com gewohnt ist.

Hello, I have already addressed the casino directly by email. The old email address is no longer available. Attached is an email I tried to send 3 times but got no response. The advertising banners stopped and the advertised advent calendar and the free spins that were advertised were not there.
I think I could only continue logging in if I agree to data transfer. At first I didn't have any concerns, because I thought it had to be like this due to a new legal situation at the turn of the year. Transfer back, don't know how to do that and login to platincasino.com no longer works.

So all documents for verification are dated 11/30/2022. It must have been that day. Attached are screenshots from the site. This picture below is the same since the World Cup. You can also see a soccer field.
The other screenshots also show that the arrow pictograms (page before, next page) are missing.

I'm not waiting for any payment this was just a screenshot to show I played there. It was mainly about the 2nd picture which contained advertising from the last World Cup. To date, the site looks like this. We frozen.
