The player from Quebec had trouble accessing his casino account which had been unexpectedly disabled. He had over 5000 Canadian dollars in winnings that he couldn't collect due to this issue. The Complaints Team had attempted to investigate the issue, asking the player several clarifying questions. However, the player did not respond to these inquiries within the given time frame. As a result, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

They just disabled my account ..i won over 5000canadisn dollar and they just disabled it... i was betting on football and nba..i was winning it and when i try to login,i couldnot... they are totall scam ... i dont how they even get positove review here.. they even dont let me withdraw my balance

  • How did you learn about your account being blocked?
  • Did you achieve your current balance with the help of a bonus?
  • Have you contacted the casino regarding the account blocking? Have you received any response?
