I have submitted all the withdrawal/account for deposit. I have asked for over 2 months for deposit my winnings withdrawal, been told they are busy, and it would be solved in 24 hours, this withdrawal of $700 is due from December 19, 2020, as of today still no resolution.

There was indeed a slight delay but payment was released to our 3rd party on the 12th of March. As a general rule the payment should arrive in your bank account in 3-10 business days from it's release date, so just be patient and it should be arriving in the coming days.
