I deposited at this casino and they gave me 20 free spins for doing so. I won $900 and requested to withdraw all was going well. Then a couple of days later I was checking the status of my withdrawal and it was pending so happy days. Then I noticed I still had the free spins I got for depositing so as I couldn't deposit while my withdraw was in progress I played my free spins then went about my day. A couple more days passed and I checked my account again and my withdraw had been void because I used the free spins while it was pending. They tell you you cant deposit while it is pending but don't mention you cant use free spins unless you read through 50 pages of fine print. This happened a while ago and as a result of this situation I had them delete my account so I doubt you will be able to get my $$ for me but hopefully this stops someone else getting ripped by them or even better helps them choose a different casino.

Could you please specify whether you deposited again during withdrawal process or you just used the remaining free spins from the previous bonus? If the previous bonus, how is it possible that you could withdrawal if you still had some left? Did you finish the wagering requirements of the bonus?
Also, did you just close your account or asked for self-exlcusion?
