I have filed for withdrawal on jan 25

and I haven’t got my payment in 3days

after 48hours i reached out through email

to security@1win.social they responded by stating i needed to do the verification

so I successfully did the verification and submitted that toward their email again

1win responded by stating they were able to successfully see i have done all the requirements and will respond to about the matter inthe following email they were supposed to send me

but that email never came

I have no idea why this withdrawal is taking so long It is not like I won any money at this site I am down twice as much as what I am withdrawing for also

I have been able to withdrawal exact amount of money I am requesting for in th past so I have no idea what is going on

if 1win gives me anytype of information

why it is being delayed it will be less frustrating

I haven’t heard anything from 1win support team so this definitely helps

I have done all the kyc verification and I have not used any bonus nor have I cancelled the payment I am just waiting but it is getting frustrating since they are not responding everytime I use the support team they just keep leading me to security@1win.social so that really doesn’t help but anyways I’ll wait couple more days

After I was told to cancel the payment myself and submit Withdrawal again I have followed there instructions and proceeded to do so after waiting 24hous I have contacted there support system this screenshot is what they have answered filefilefilefile

all they are saying is contact security@1win.social the problem is this email has not replied in 8days

and all they are doing is trying to to play hot potatos

stating the exact same words with no further information one that I received

jan 27 and other one on feb 2
