DEPOSITORS BEWARE!! I was in the process of depositing using Zelle and before I could hit the finish button the page refreshed and I couldn't get back to it. My money was taken from my bank account, but was never added to the casino account. The live chat option was green and said available, however after sending my question I got a response from a bot that stated that live chat was not available and also it said "Our agents will always provide assistance if they are on duty. Any important changes, wagering, and/or actions on the account that might require any additional help while our support team is not available are at players own risk" That is unacceptable. And if it's correct they should make players aware BEFORE they make a deposit. I am furious and I hope this info gets to as many players as possible!

Dear Julie,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

The casino had it's hands tied? How so? They are the ones who should notify guests BEFORE depositing that there is zero customer support when it comes to deposit problems during certain hours. I never would have made the deposit in the first place. What good is this complaint process if it can't help with this? Plus they say they are open at 8am, it's not 8:35 and I still get the same message that there is no customer support at this time. Why do you offer to help when you don't? This was yet another waste of my time then. Thanks for nothing
