Deposits are unlimited, but withdrawals are a different story! The maximum withdrawal is €500 every 24 hours, with a maximum of three withdrawals allowed. I won €4200 and withdrew €500 on three separate days (March 24th, 26th, and 27th). As of today, April 1st, the withdrawals haven't been processed. Despite repeated inquiries, I keep getting the same response: "We're processing your withdrawal immediately and will treat it with high priority..." Nothing has happened. This means that anyone wanting to withdraw €4000 with this processing time will have to wait at least two months to receive their money, if they get anything at all! I strongly advise against playing with this bookmaker, especially for high rollers and players who place high-stakes bets! I've already lost the €2700 I had in my account, and I believe that's exactly what Playzilla is banking on! They're deliberately playing for time until players cancel their withdrawals and gamble away their money again! Beware of such bookmakers; there are definitely more reputable providers!

Worse casino online. After depositing 1000s and finally winning something decent I did my first withdrawal. The casino intentionally cancelled my withdrawals 10 times over a 5 day period. They kept blaming my bank provider which is a big lie. They take deposits but don't let you withdraw.
Out of frustration and very bad service with constant lies I decided to lose all my winnings because I gave up. I intentionally lost 20 000 dollars of winnings because I knew they would not pay me a single dime.

Don't waste your time or money unless you like to lose money and your sanity. Yes folks, yet another casino with no problems taking your money but every problem known to man when it comes to paying your winnings. Oh and don't even think you can get a step ahead and prepare for a speedy withdrawal by providing documents and completing kyc! The casino still hasn't paid me the withdrawals I requested 5 days ago, I'm still afraid it's a scam casino. When they pay me I'll come back and confirm that I've received it. It's been another 3 days, I've been charging them every day, I've contacted them by email, chat and every other way. They have a copied response that is sent at every opportunity. Unfortunately I think I have fallen for a scam.

I have deposited several thousand euros so far and lost everything. Playzilla kicked me out of their bonus system for no reason. Worst site I've ever played on, I'm 18 days away from receiving my first withdrawal. They ask for absurd documents, such as selfie with RG, selfie with the game open, CPF, RG, bank statement, proof of residence. And in my case, I sent proof of residence in a photo, they didn't accept it, I had to enter the website and get a proof in PDF format. The casino is built on scams, they offer bonuses of 200% first deposit bonus plus 500 free spins and when you deposited one the bonus isn't there. You get to the chat which says it's been decided not to give a bonus, I should email management! I withdraw and what happens? The chat says I have to play the deposited amount once in order to pay it out, otherwise there is no payout. No bonus received but I have to play through the amount I deposited once. This is a very deliberate scam. Hands off this casino!!

Kein Bonus erhalten, aber ich muss den Betrag einmal durch spielen, den ich eingezahlt habe. Das ist ein ganz bewusster Betrug. Hände weg von diesem Casino!!
