I'm trying to withdraw a small amount. But they keep declining my request stating that I haven't supplied proper documentation. I have given them everything they have asked for but still, refuse. There is simply a bunch of thieves. They have the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with.

When exactly did you start the verification process? Is this your first ever attempt of withdrawal in this casino? What did the casino respond to your explanation.
Please note that if it's your first withdrawal in the casino we usually recommend to wait at least 14 days to process the verification and withdrawal. Also there can be expected other delays during Holidays.
