I want to withdraw my money from what I have spun and won from money I have deposited, I won 140 without any bonuses activated just my money I deposited, before I went to withdraw I saw I had a bonus available to activate, I clicked activate before withdrawing my winnings and now it says i can't withdraw anything as I have an active bonus? I haven't used or touched the bonus and how do I cancel it please. Help?

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Would it be your first withdrawal request from the casino? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? Did you ask them to cancel the bonus?
