Support operators like Dino and David constantly ask me every day to provide information about the problem as if they have Alzheimer's disease and assure me that they immediately pass the information to some secret department, with which I cannot contact, and do not provide specific deadlines for solving the problem. And so on day after day for three months.

Be very careful with this fraudulent company. They just stole my funds and don't respond to emails. They're claiming that I violated the terms and conditions. Which is completely false.

2. Illega offering?! Also I read here at casinoguru that they do not accept players from Germany. I can assure you that there is no problem with accepting customers from Germany."
Now I found out that is is indeed a big problem as they do not have a license for the German market! So they are illegal.
3. Never received any bonus It says "50% bonus for your deposits with your bank account." - I never received any bonus. The bonus site was always empty. I asked them and they told me I had a welcome bonus and a 2nd deposit bonus. They told me after they banned me from single bets and that I lose them if I pay out the rest of my money. As they banned me from single bets I was not interested to lose the rest of my money too.
So overall: I think pretty unfair. Clearly, if you are willing to lose all your money you can play here. But banning someone from single bets just after a few Euros up clearly shows the intention of the bookmaker: Winners are not welcome!

I took advantage of their $500 deposit match bonus to which I agreed to the terms of have to roll it over 10x meaning I had to risk $5000 to earn the deposit bonus. Steep but I agreed. Within 3 days I had risked $1000 with some small gains, I was at $640 total in my account. When I went to place another single bet I was locked out of making bets. I went to make a parlay and the maximum I was allowed to risk was $27. I asked customer service about this and they told me their "sports team" had reviewed my account and decided to put a lock on it. I asked for further explanation which they provided none, so I am led to believe that because I was successfully on my way to achieving their offer they put a stranglehold on my account. I am now still in the process of trying to withdraw my funds which has been met with constant delay!
