Yes, I made a deposit to Mr. O casino and it has never been credited to my account. My deposit started out at $10 but after bitcoin fees the total left was $7.66. I spoke with multiple representatives from Mr. O. the other day and Some of them sayit’s not been processed yet and one representative said they would make an exception if I made another $10 deposit they would credit the $7.66 then. I feel like this is theft. Thank you.

If you deposited less than the minimum deposit, but the casino offered this solution for you, It might be the best course of action for you to take.

Sadly we are unable to argue in your favor if the transaction isn't processed due to similar issues. Payment providers might require a certain threshold for a transaction to be credited.

Please let me know about your decision going forward.

Hello Tomas,

I sent a screen shot of them processing a previous deposit of under $10. I guess my argument is whether it’s 10 cents under their $10 threshold or $3 they still processed the earlier deposit. Also if they’re willing to credit it to a future deposit of $10 or more why not just credit my account now? I made the mistake and won’t do it again that is if I ever decide to deposit with them again.
