This is my first time playing at this casino and I wanted to play a small amount to test their deposit and withdrawal process but it turns out to be extremely delayed.
I deposited 429 TRX and did not use any of their welcome bonus or ever claim another promotion later. I fullfilled their 3x wagering (applicable to all deposits), and my balance became 830 TRX. Then I submitted a withdrawal request.
At first, the status was 'frozen' and the next day, the status became 'approved' but no money was sent to my wallet. When I contacted their live support multiple times, they always first told me using pre-written text that they check withdrawals in a queue and I had to wait. BUT when I told them it shows as approved in my transation history, they first told me to wait 24-48 hours to get the money sent out, and now they are telling me they have a technical error with their payment system and it's unknown how much longer I need to wait for this 830 TRX about 96 USD. It has been 3 days and I am not sure what's going on their side.

I just contacted their live support agai.

This time, the agent failed to answer any of the questions I raised, but kept repeating:

"Your request is currently being handled by the relevant department. We value your patience in this matter. Once we have any new information, we will reach out to you through email."

I asked for updates, and the reason they couldn't send the withdrawal despite the transaction status is 'approved', and the specific handling they are undergoing. The agent just repeated 4 times without any useful information except that I needed to be patient, and I cannot tell what is the "handling" of the "relevant department".

The agent also could not confirm the approved status or the technical problem of payment, as their team previously mentioned, causing inconsistency in my opinion.

I wished to play here long term when I registered, but I am very disappointed by their withdrawal process and customer service.
I am really frustruated by the experience, and it signicantly underminded my confidence playing here.

It could be somewhat fortunate that this is just a deposit of value 50 USD and withdrawal of value under 100 USD, and this has alerted me.

This could be the slowest withdrawal and worst custmer service I had, given 5 years of playing across over 10 casinos. I will do all the negative reviews and complaints as I have informed the live support.

And to the 0xbet casino: PLEASE do not copy and paste an answer under this review, or ask me to contact via chat or email, as I don't consider your support team to be helpful at all.

Strange that this casino has such a high rating with disastrous payout/RTP ???
Deposited 20 Euro and played a maximum of 20 minutes with the smallest possible bet 0.1 Euro, won ONCE 1.5 Euro, most were 0 sec and some with 0.50. Worst casino in my life with such a low RTP and it has nothing to do with gambling!
Avoid this casino if you don't want to lose money in a flash!

Hello,

Two days ago my account got closed due to "fradulent activity", which is a serious alligations and I would understand if true. The issue is very much that my play has been in line of the market price at the moment of placing the bet. I had one instance where this did not happen and the play was ulimately voided. If my play at 0xbet.com can be classified as fradulent, than every player (here at the forum and elsewhere) can be as well. That makes for a horrible standard of an safe/fair gambling enviroment, which I want to warn about. This has been a horror of an experience the last two days, which I dont wish upon my worst enemy. Im here to change my review. After a few weeks i thing i got scammed big time. They will hold your withdrawals so you will cancel. Deposited over 25k on 0xbet, in the beginning i was okay with the site. But when i went deeper i think i got scammed at the end. The algoritme changed so much, its just not believable anymore. UPDATE response 10-05-2023

This is a reply to the response the casino gave to my review.
I have been in contact with support@0x.bet, and they keep giving me excuses, one time they tell me it's verification, and the other time they tell me my funds are on the way, THEN again they tell me they are 'investigating' my funds are not on the way, I HAVE proof of every email, every text of the excuses that both the support team and the VIP manager is giving me. They just keep giving excuses to delay and end up not paying my winnings. I keep being lied to by the casino.

You said 'Perhaps your request or account does not meet some requirements, so the withdrawal is delayed. We also ask you to carefully review your mail, our specialists always inform players of the reason for canceling the withdrawal'.
I WAS NEVER INFORMED why the withdrawal is delayed nor I was asked to provide information. This all sounds like a copy-paste response and you didn't try to find what the problem really is in the situation.

I will update more in the coming days.

The worst experience ever

I opened an account a few days ago, I deposited a little bit over 1000 euros and played. Luck was on my side and won a total of 9000 euros. I withdrew my winnings.
On the site, it says instant payouts. I have experience with another online casino that pays out in hours so I expected the same.

It took longer than expected so I contacted the so-called 'VIP manager'. She assured me that my withdrawal will be processed by Monday and that I will get my winning.

Sunday afternoon when I tried to log in I figured that they have blocked my account, they didn't notify me of anything, and after much effort to contact an agent and the VIP manager, the 'VIP manager' replied 'Your account is being investigated. This was the same excuse they gave another player as I read in the reviews. If that was the case they should have sent an email notifying me about this so I can provide the information needed.
I have never seen a casino close a player's account for a 'verification process' it doesn't make sense.

The Vip manager had no understanding of my concern and even her attitude changed and stopped replying to my messages at some point. I have read everywhere that they will do ANYTHING not to payout, and this is my experience as well.

I lost about 600 euros here without ever making a fair profit.

- Attention the games crash regularly.

Worst casino ever. First i had a problem with the wager of the deposit (no bonus) They stated it is 1X but thats not true. Did several deposits and they were all about 3X wager. I confronted them with my last deposit that was €100 and i had a nice win and wanted to make a withdraw but wager said not possible and had to play for €130 more (and i was playing already for a while) so its most definitely not 1X. After that they didn't respond anymore on my emails. So thats how they treat customers. So i asked them to delete my account. Also no answer so i asked in live chat. It was quite a task to get my account deleted.
Unfortunately i forgot i had one withdraw pending. Its a couple of days ago and didn't received nothing yet in my bank account. Emails they don't respond to so i will wait a little bit more and if i don't get my money then i will start a complain.

Almost forgot... this was my first experience with support. I asked them how to get verified because there was no page to upload documents. This was the answer i got:

Addendum. 0 stars had the account closed, also the support for the purpose of closing the account. Terrible, annoying and unfriendly, but with the claim to be addicted to gambling, it worked. Never ever!!!! Totally tiring casino, somehow looking ahead. Unfortunately, I can only give one star, because the winnings are not really good for me, always a few euros in profit to play but not worth mentioning, let alone after more than €200 in 2-3 days Deposits, not even a profit that is worth paying out. Registered 4 days ago. Site is nice, easy to navigate and nice selection of games. Some games are not working though. I got VIP pretty fast and received nice "personalized" cashback bonus upon a streak of loosing session. Support is pretty much useless, they have hard time even understanding basic crypto related stuff.

The deposits are fast, withdrawal is NOT. I had 4 cashout requests, 2 of them got processed and sent in 20 minutes. 2 of them still pending - one of them is 4 days old. I even had successful cash out in between so really hectic. Very bad in this matter.

I think they are loosing the edge why people go to a crypto casino.
