This is my first time playing at this casino and I wanted to play a small amount to test their deposit and withdrawal process but it turns out to be extremely delayed. Then I submitted a withdrawal request. At first, the status was 'frozen' and the next day, the status became 'approved' but no money was sent to my wallet. BUT when I told them it shows as approved in my transation history, they first told me to wait 24-48 hours to get the money sent out, and now they are telling me they have a technical error with their payment system and it's unknown how much longer I need to wait for this 830 TRX about 96 USD. It has been 3 days and I am not sure what's going on their side.

This time, the agent failed to answer any of the questions I raised, but kept repeating:

Registered 4 days ago. Site is nice, easy to navigate and nice selection of games. Some games are not working though. I got VIP pretty fast and received nice "personalized" cashback bonus upon a streak of loosing session. Support is pretty much useless, they have hard time even understanding basic crypto related stuff.
The deposits are fast, withdrawal is NOT. I had 4 cashout requests, 2 of them got processed and sent in 20 minutes. 2 of them still pending - one of them is 4 days old. I even had successful cash out in between so really hectic. Very bad in this matter.
