The player struggled to withdraw as the casino kept changing the payment condition. The player was informed that there is a rule in the casino's Terms and Conditions defining a ratio of deposits (crypto/fiat) that has to be met to be able to withdraw the funds via BTC. The player confirmed that this issue was resolved and informed us about a new issue of non-credited deposits. Although he knew about the issue, he kept depositing to the casino and making it impossible to solve the problem, while he was able to resolve it directly with the casino's Customer Support. Since the main issue was resolved and the player stopped responding, we consider the complaint resolved.
