The player struggled to withdraw as the casino kept changing the payment condition. The player was informed that there is a rule in the casino's Terms and Conditions defining a ratio of deposits (crypto/fiat) that has to be met to be able to withdraw the funds via BTC. The player confirmed that this issue was resolved and informed us about a new issue of non-credited deposits. Although he knew about the issue, he kept depositing to the casino and making it impossible to solve the problem, while he was able to resolve it directly with the casino's Customer Support. Since the main issue was resolved and the player stopped responding, we consider the complaint resolved.

Lucky creek changes the rules as u win. They tried doing a wire transfer before and my bank rejects it. They made me make 1 bitcoin deposit and they paid me that way. Now that I won again, they are saying I have to cancel my withdraw by bitcoin and do a wire transfer and that half of my deposits have to made my bitcoin. They change the rules as they go . Every deposit I made by bitcoin doesn't even process. Half the time u they just take it and the other half the time u have to email and jump through hoops to get to of deposit.. it's a scam. One agent says this the other that. I've screen shotted every conversation I've ever had with them as well of my statement. They are a joke and scammers

I AM VERIFIED. I CASHED OUT 5K BEFORE. MAYBE 6 MONTHS AGO. I SPOKE TO AGENT FRIDAY AND HE SAID I NEEDED NOTHING. I SPOKE TO ANOTHER AGENT AS WELL AND SAID I WOULD BE PAID BY BITCOIN AND THEN THEY TURN AROUND AND SAY I NEED A WIRE TRANSFER. BOTH WINS DID COME FROM BONUS. $50 ON EACH I BELIEVE AND U HAD TO REACH 2000 FOR IT TO BE RELEASED AND AS U CAN TELL, I DID.

And now they are changing my bonus requirements. I met the requirements and therefore it resulted in my cash winnings and now they are saying I can't win that much. They are scams. I have multiple charges to account they did that I didn't authorize. They had to shut my debit card off 2 times. They are scammers. When I won the money the first time they done a wire transfer and said it was fraudulent and closed my account. It's ridiculous

Could you please advise if the bonus you used was a deposit bonus or a no deposit one?

No deposit bonuses have mostly maximum withdrawal limit so if they deducted your balance it might be for that reason.

So currently your withdrawal are still pending or are they now canceled and you have to make an another request?

How long exactly are you waiting for the withdrawals?

It's been about 3 weeks and the bonus was due to me winning on the games u aquire points and trade them back in for money. For the 50 one u had to reach 2000 then u can give the 50 back and the rest is cash. They tried saying it was 100 some thing but that was after I spoke to the agent and they told me I would receive all that money and the agent as well as the agent I talked to when I called said I would be paid all of it and It would be sent to me by bitcoin. I have sent them hundreds and hundreds in bitcoin and probably one a few got credited. The rest of the times I had to email and complain then the other half of the time they kept my money. They changed there rules right after me winning. I have been paid winning last time by bitcoin and I was told 2 times it would be the same process. They are just trying to get out of paying. That wasn't the rules until it was time to pay.2 agents told Me k would receive all the money and by bitcoin and they didn't need any thing that the money would be deposited to me as soon as finace done pay outs. It's ridiculous. They have taken so much of my money and they slipped up and said I have 2 accounts which I do not. I didn't even understand what they were talking about then they tried covering up what they said and brushing me off. The point is 2 agents told me I needed nothing and every cent was won and good and I would receive payment. Tell me how u gotta win 2000 for a 50 dollar bonus for it to be converted to cash then u win it they don't want to pay u. They changed every thing when it was time to pay. I confirmed it by phone and by agent. Then when I started complaining they said I have to do a wire transfer when my bank last time said that it was fraudulent and they sent it back that's how I was paid by bitcoin

They are not canceled they said go find a bank that will except our wire transfer. No bank in my state will take a wire transfer from them. Last time I won and they done the wire my bank said it was a fraudulent check sent it back and I was told all u have to do is make 1bitcoin deposit and u can receive all your funds that way. They sent me 5k that way. Regardless I was told when I called I was just waiting on my deposit to bitcoin and a agent td e.. they completely changed every rule so they don't have to pay.

They credited all the money back to my account and they will not pay me by bitcion even though I've already been paid by bitcion...lol. banks here refuse there wire transfers and say they are fraudulent. My money is on my account though. They canceled my withdraw and placed it back to my playing funds. file

I have viewed your account and the following seems to be the problem:

From December to now you have made 216 deposits, 202 of these deposits have been using your credit card, 14 being with Bitcoin.


Our T&C's are as follows :

10.12.3 If you use Credit Card and BTC/Wallet as deposit methods, then your BTC deposits need to comprise 50% of your total deposits to be able to withdraw via BTC, or else you need to make use of wire transfer or cheques.

Unfortunately your deposits do not meet the requirements for a BTC withdrawal.

Hello. My previous situation is over but there is a new situation. I have multiple bitcoins deposits my credited to my account. If I go through them all close to 800 dollars. Since last week 500 alone. I have spoke to multiple agents. Emailed over and over. Sent all receipts showing they did receive it and take it. I emailed screen shots. Web receipts and block chain confirmations showing they took my money. They keep saying they forwarded it to finance team and nothing happens. Even today now they don't have my emails. They are just taking my money not crediting it to my account and my investigation is that is very much illegal and some thing can be done. I use cash app so every record is kept showing every one I sent was received and taken by them. It's one thing after another. I gave up on the money I had on there cause no bank willl take their check because they said it was fraudulent and closed my account last time. They did pay me last time though by bitcoin

You need to provide us with a full list of the address that have not been allocated to your account. The ones you had provided to our support team have already been sorted. The screenshots you have sent do not show us the address and we cannot track those. I do believe that support is reaching out to you currently.

This is a new issue. I sent the web receipts. Snap shots. The confirmations on block chain ....every thing. I even talked to a agent sent it while on the phone with him. He said he got it and every time I call now they say they don't see I sent anything

Alright, Rodney. The casino representative explained to us where is the problem. You should be able to identify which payments were successfully credited to your casino account and which were not.

Once you identify them, please send the necessary data to the casino's Customer Support again. I recommend you send the addresses in a "copy+paste" form to significantly simplify the process on the casino's side. It is really time-consuming to search for anything in pictures and rewrite it into a user-friendly form.

Please let us know as soon as you provide the casino with the necessary details.

he bottom one is the confirm that hey took it. I spend alot of money and I'll have to figure out which ones are which but I assure u have have sent it to them multiple times. Over 1000 dollars. I have forwarded them all to my lawyer ad well and to him it's a easy case and I screen shoted every one and recorded my talks with them. Nothing every gets done. They have received all the documents many times over. They took my money and I'm over trying to get it our of them. To my knowledge it's very much illegal to take someone's money being a casino. Before, it was "5 or 6 or 7 hundred". Now we are talking about 1000 dollars. If the issue was not resolved yet, I recommend you wait, and not proceed with further depositing into the casino and complicate the whole situation. It does not lead anywhere.

We have credited the players account with $1500. This was done in good faith. All the screenshots that were provided, we were unable to obtain the full address as some of the info in the address was starred out, im sure for safety reasons. The player has made other deposits and we do value his loyalty.

It's now over 600 and my lawyers are preparing for a lawsuit against the casino. I have all the addresses they gave my copied and every receipt for eve transaction showing they took my money. I sent multiple deposits. Multiple and they were never credited to my account at all. Every thing I have gotten is what I paid. I am over 600 in deposits that I have sent since last week and not have received 1 of them. My lawyer is currently filing against lucky creek for this

Well half the time they go through and the the other half they don't. Last time they made it right and I spend alot of money cause I like to play. Every time it happens I email and speak to a agent then it takes days and u have no response what so ever back. Agents say they are sending it over to there finace team therfore to me that meant that transaction was documented but I guess that isn't the way it is. Each time I talk to them and send the documents.

And being a casino u would think things like this wouldn't even happen. It's only lucky creek. And they just tell u we are having problems with a our bitcoin deposits but they don't do any thing to fix the issue or at the time the issue pops up and u notify them..why does it take weeks for someone to loo into it? I have noticed the player has mentioned that we refused to credit his account with his deposits but he did acknowledge the $1500 that we credited to his account. I can provide screenshots if needed to prove this was done from our side.

They did do that and after that there were many more deposits messed up. They did credit some. But there are many still missing. Told me some deposits didn't go thru but I use cash app and every one went through and wad taken. I would say probably 3 hundred or so missing. Last week a hundred alone and I've emailed and talked to agents....we figured the problem out. They would send the same bitcoin address more then once so when they looked at it it showed the deposit was credited when all reality there were more deposits on the Same address
