I am withdrawing 900e from this casino. My account is verified and everything else is in order. I have over 20 years of experience in online casinos. I have never encountered such a delay in withdrawals. Apparently others have had similar experiences with this particular casino. Customer service only says that the withdrawal is in the queue and they are supposedly having technical problems with it. I havent used any bonuses.

The casino first canceled the withdrawals to the card for no reason and then apologized for making a new withdrawal. That didn't work either, they said to try withdrawing to a bank account directly. Now it's been on hold for a while and again they say there are technical problems. I've been in contact with customer service every day, but it's no use. When they keep explaining that there are technical problems. My withdrawal is still pending.
