I've got a no deposit bonus I met all the wager requirements and everything they wanted me to verify my account I send email after email pictures of me holding my ID next to my face I send a second proof of identity documents I've got an email stating that if I use cryptocurrency that I do not have to verify my account which is incorrect I also got an email saying that if I haven't made a deposit my account has to be verified so I make a deposit and then they don't process it and I took a screenshot when I was talking to a life support saying that he can see my deposit pending and there's a note saying not to process it because of verification purposes meaning once they process my deposit I then won't have to verify my account so that's kind of messed up they keep telling me to do this or that and I do it and then I get email saying that oh the cryptocurrency you don't have to verify your account I've got screenshots of every conversation I ever had with anybody so yeah I don't know where to turn for help but I found this from Google

Please note that we have reviewed the player's account and as we can see, the player's account was verified on April 24th. The player's pending deposit was also credited on April 24th and the pending withdrawal was also finalized on the same day.
We just want to clarify that the reason why the deposit wasn't credited immediately is due to the Casino policy which states that funds cannot be mixed. At the moment of depositing, the player had active balance on his account that were won from a free bonus. By depositing on top of said balance, the player would breach the Terms & Conditions and therefore, the Casino enforces the block through the system. The moment there wasn't any active balance on the player's account, the deposit was automatically credited.
We would like to ask the player to confirm that his account is verified and that the withdrawal was finalized and the deposit credited.
