I received a no deposit free chip play through their ridiculous 4000 some odd dollar playback to even get to withdraw requested withdrawal on the 22nd of February everything was done and approved by the 27th of February still waiting on them to pay me out they used to communicate but now ever since the 27th I can't get them to communicate nothing whatsoever I have all the emails and proof that you need so just let me know

No I have not made any withdrawals I am new to the casino. As for your second question yes I was verified and approved with the kyc steps. And lastly no I have not which is not a step for me to be able to withdraw my winnings

Funny 5 to 7 business days.... considering I've been waiting since February 22nd is a bunch of bull crap I will be quite surprised if I have it in 5 to 7 days my betting odds are I won't because they're liars and their phony you know we could have had a good relationship I would have probably been more than happy to start putting money on your platform if you would have paid me out but you didn't and you haven't so you run that relationship already just do what's right pay me out the money that I'm owed quit making me wait but I'll let you guys know if I get it thank you
