However, compared to its competitors, this is taken to extremes, and it feels like a complete rip-off. First, it takes three days to process withdrawal requests, which are then, of course, temporarily suspended and a KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure initiated. This KYC procedure must be completed via email. The initial documents are then reviewed for another five days. If the review is negative, it takes a few more days before you're informed of the next step: submitting further documents. This, too, takes days to review and process. Week after week passes, and as a customer, you rightfully feel cheated. The reason for this delay is, of course, simple: they hope the player will gamble away their balance in the meantime. I will be patient and wait until the last cent is paid out. After that, I will close my account and avoid this and other casinos in this group as much as possible. So be careful, don't fall into the same trap!
