I would strongly caution anyone considering playing at Vegazone Casino. My biggest issues were the withdrawal policies and what appeared to be tactics designed to encourage players to reverse their withdrawals and continue gambling. Very low withdrawal limits. No withdrawals processed on weekends. The more you win, the slower the withdrawals seem to become. Players cannot have more than three pending withdrawals at a time. I was fortunate enough to have a few winning sessions, but in my experience, it appears to take a significant amount of money and persistence to hit anything substantial here. I had become so frustrated with the intentionally slow withdrawal process that I requested the closure of my account. Twenty-four hours later, a VIP manager contacted me and asked me to postpone my decision until my assigned VIP manager returned. I agreed. Shortly afterward, I won approximately $1,200. I submitted a withdrawal request and informed VIP support that if my withdrawal was not processed within 24 hours, I would permanently leave the casino. The next day, VIP informed me that my withdrawal had been processed, my account had been closed as requested, and that my remaining balance of $201 would also be paid out. What happened to my waiting for the VIP manager to return to see how he can make. my experience better? They don't like when players win. Interestingly, the $201 balance was processed within about 30 minutes, whereas previous withdrawals had taken 2–3 days. This demonstrated that faster payouts were possible when they chose to prioritize them. Regarding RTP, the casino states that it has no control over game RTP because the games are licensed.
