I initially thought my experience with Run4win Casino would be positive. My account was verified quickly, and withdrawals seemed to go smoothly. Unfortunately, my experience with deposits has been a nightmare and has completely soured my view of this casino.
The Problem with unauthorized Currency Conversion: I deposited funds in Norwegian kroner (NOK), as clearly advertised by the casino. However, without any notice or consent, my deposits were converted into Nigerian Naira (NGN), leading to an additional loss of around 2500 NOK—roughly 15% of my deposited amount. This was not a one-time issue; it happened multiple times, and each time, there was no clear indication that my money would be converted into a different currency.
No Transparency or Consent: There was absolutely no transparency about these conversions during the deposit process. Unlike other casinos that clearly show any potential currency conversion before you confirm the transaction, Run4win provided no such information. I only discovered this when I checked my bank statements and saw the significant discrepancies.

Sometimes deposits were processed correctly in NOK, and other times they were subject to this hidden conversion. There is no way to know what will happen when you deposit, making it a gamble every time you add funds to your account. Conclusion: Deceptive and Unfair Practices: Run4win Casino's deceptive practices with currency conversion and poor customer support are unacceptable.
