This casino does not take responsible gambling seriously at all. I emailed support over a month ago requesting to utilize responsible gambling tools and no reply or action was taken despite a request for a permanent account closure.

I initially faced issues with currency conversion and slow withdrawals at Run4Win. After posting a negative review about these problems, the casino offered me compensation (to fix the transaction issues and pay me back which took weeks and tons of communication with different people) if I removed the negative review, which I accepted in good faith, hoping they'd address the underlying issues. And yes, I have proof of this offer.
When my account was reactivated, I started winning - around €3,500 - but then, my account was abruptly locked. Although my withdrawal was ultimately processed, Run4Win’s handling of my account remained deeply frustrating. My account was locked with about €80 in bonus funds still there, yet they provided no explanation and showed no intention of honoring these funds.
Run4Win’s communication is disjointed and inconsistent; it feels like each department is entirely disconnected from the others. My repeated attempts to get answers only yielded vague statements about "security checks" and "regulatory requirements" without any clear timeline or assurance. They quickly locked my account after my winnings but took no responsibility for the delays, bonus issues, or the complete lack of transparency.
I regret accepting their compensation offer, as it’s now obvious that their real issue - a fundamental lack of respect and professionalism toward customers - was never addressed. It seems Run4Win is more focused on limiting payouts than on providing a fair and transparent experience.
