Hi All, I recently started playing at Gamblezen and I won good chunk of money. Everything from signing up to KYC was smooth, but when it came down to withdrawals it is probably the most frustrating casino. According to their T&C, you can request for withdrawals upto $2000 daily, $5000 weekly, and $20000 monthly, and they only process withdrawal requests during the weekdays. I have been struggling to withdraw my funds as I have to request it in 3 different transactions of CAD $750 daily and it takes them 24hrs to process. Most of the time, I either receive 1 or 2 withdrawals or none. According to Gamblezen's T&C, if a player wins more than $20,000, they can divide the whole amount into monthly instalments until paid in full. I have contacted their support and referred me to email their KYC (finance department) to request the instalments. I have emailed their KYC department multiple times over the past 22 days, and haven't heard back once. I am extremely frustrated with the withdrawals at this website. If they had the withdrawals figured out to be paid in a timely manner, I would change my review.
The minimum cashout is €50, and since I only play with crypto, I can only withdraw using this method. However, the maximum winnings from free spins are €40, so it is impossible to cash out the winnings and they are therefore worthless. The free spins are probably just meant to encourage players to deposit again, as the amount can't be withdrawn! I also tried using Mifinity, but a message immediately popped up saying I can only withdraw with crypto...

Casino does have a pretty easy and quick verification, decent loyalty programme and many different slots.
However, when it comes to withdrawals it is a disaster and casino acts in a very scammy way. Their Terms and Conditions clearly state that casino process all withdrawals 24 hours after verification. I passed my verification, made several withdrawal requests. I had to beg the casino to pay my withdrawals each day and they only confirmed one withdrawal per day, even though it was 500 EUR and daily limit is 2000 EUR. Then they stopped paying, one deposit was not confirmed for over 72 hours and another for 48 hours. I do not understand how casino can act like it when it is clearly written that they will pay the winnings in 24 hours. Also I was promised a loyalty bonus via chat, they said that they are creating it and I will receive it really soon, a week passed by, I contacted live chat and there is no bonus available. Lies on top of lies with this casino. Avoid it, such a scam and unfair casino.

My three main criticisms starting from least to worst are.
1. Having reached level 3 which although they don't state and won't answer if you ask them requires bets of I believe around two hundred thousand or more, you're supposed to have a personal account manager. After about a week after achieving this level I enquired about this and was simply told they were unavailable and wait to be contacted by email.Guessing live chat probably serves the same function.
2. The rewards system is beyond a joke. One hundred in bets awards you one coin. You must make a minimum of 1 thousand in bets in order to exchange these coins. So 1000 in bets will award you 10 coins which can be exchanged for bonus cash to the amount of 3 euro or equivalent. That's 0.03 % of bets made. This must then be wagered 50x in order to turn into real cash to withdraw. The chances of completing this wagering requirements are probably about 0.03% funnily enough.
3. You can deposit 5000 daily but can only create 3 separate requests of no more than 500 daily to withdraw. It will take three days for them to process one of these requests. This is all very strange.
